F3Built isn't just a company name - it represents a partnership decades in the making. Over 20 years ago our two founding partners took a run down 50-year-old automotive building and, through sheer grit, and hands-on skill, completely transformed it into a striking timber framed stone architectural landmark.
Life eventually called them in different directions, and they stepped away to focus on their respective family paths. However, true craftsmanship and trusted partnerships have a way of coming full circle. In late 2023, they officially reunited, bringing two decades of business and industry expertise under one roof to form F3built. Fortified Solar Manufacturing Upfit
F3Built successfully completed the comprehensive industrial facility rehabilitation and manufacturing upfit for Fortified Solar's massive expansion in Greenville County. As the commercial General Contractor on record, we transformed an existing industrial footprint into a state-of-the-art green energy manufacturing hub. We are proud to announce we have been awarded additional expansion work to continue supporting their growth through 2027.

Blue Ridge Thermoforming New 20,400 Sq Ft Facility
F3Built is currently commanding the ground-up development of the new facility for Blue Ridge Thermoforming at 184 Commerce Center. Serving as the commercial General Contractor, we are taking this project from bare dirt to a full optimized manufacturing and warehousing hub with heavy power.
Palmetto Gymnastics Academy New Facility in Greenville County
New 20,000 sq ft air-conditioned gymnastics facility on Pride Drive in Simpsonville, SC. Built for a local growing program that needed specialized configurations, and dedicated equipment designed to simultaneously support recreational classes and competitive teams.
